I have been looking at much of what it discussed in the flickr forums, and I find it very very interesting, and cool, and I want to do it, but in order to do it properly I would need a good camera. I was pleased by this particular picture but there's inevitably a limit to what you can do off a cameraphone.

There are, however, a couple of problems with this, the first of which is that good cameras are rather more bulky than my phone and a lot less likely to be with me on any given day. The second is that I'm concerned that this may be another one of my trademark bursts of wild enthusiasm which subsequently fade away again almost as quickly.

So. What to do?

Leave it for a bit, obviously, see if I can keep taking half-decent pictures off the phone. And perhaps try and slide in a subtle attempt to get everyone I know to go and look at my pictures and tell me how great they are.

Yeah. That would do it.
